BUMBLE AND BUMBLE THICKENING HAIRSPRAY

EVERYONE loves a freebie, especially when it's a bumble and bumble product, so when I saw this lil beauty in the packaging of September's edition of ELLE, I immediately bought a copy. (I love ELLE mag too!). In the hair department, I'm "blessed" with naturally straight, fine hair which adding volume to is a nightmare. This product has been amazing in helping me to achieve volume and also in keeping my curls or waves intact throughout the day. This essentially does the same as a hairspray, but you apply it to damp hair before blow drying. The result is instantly volumised hair, without a "crispy" texture which normal hairsprays can leave. I love this and will be repurchasing now mine has run out. I don't think September's ELLE is available anymore but it's definitely worth splashing out on this. Probably one of the best magazine gifts I've ever had!I'm dying to try the Bumble and Bumble Surf shampoo and conditioner too!

Mac on the Lips

MAC LIPSTICK IN 'COSTA CHIC'

I love MAC lipsticks - when I want a new lipstick, MAC is my go-to brand. They have a huge aray of colours and finishes, I know they'll always have what I'm looking for. I got this as a present for my birthday and is quickly becoming one of my faves.Costa Chic is frost finish lipstick in a coral pink. I find it perfectly compliments my fair complexion. It's such a pretty and natural colour which can be easily built up meaning it's perfect for day and night. I find it quite long-lasting on my lips. Although Summer has left us (sadface) I'm sure I'll still wear this through Winter for a bit of colour on my lips when I don't want anything dramatic like a red or purple.
