MAC is renowned for their lipsticks and has been one of my favourite makeup brands from day one. My first ever high end makeup purchase was from MAC - Saint Germain - a bubblegum, blue toned pink lipstick. A few years later my MAC collection has expanded considerably. These are my three favourite MAC lipsticks for summer.
Costa Chic- (left) A light coral with a frost finish. Frost is not my favourite of the MAC lipstick finishes but I love the effect this one gives. It's perfect colour for summer and looks great with a tan. It's still bold enough to be noticeable but it isn't extremely in your face.
Myth - (centre) A nude with pink undertones with a satin finish. This is such a wearable and understated colour. It's the perfect lip colour to wear with a bold eye look. With this lipstick you really have to make sure your lips are soft and perfectly exfoliated as it can really cling to any dry parts. I'm really love the Kylie Jenner muted-tone lips.
Impassioned (right) A When I'm feeling brave this is the lipstick I find myself reaching for Impassioned - a bright pink with red undertones in an amplified creme finish. It would probably suit all skin tones.
MAC lipsticks are £15. They have a pleasant vanilla-y scent and I find them and last really well. Next on my beauty wishlist is MAC Patisserie...
